In addition we can make the process even easier because we choose to stock one Pinot Grigio and one Chianti rather than eight of each. After many tastings we feel these wines are representative of that varietal/type. You will not find the massed produced, overcropped and overpriced wines that many retailers stock for example: Yellowtail Shiraz or Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio.
